Legal Consent framework is area we care deeply, ensuring respondents rights are protected, research pools are protected, and business needs are met. Often we see an overacting for users by not recording videos, this quiets the voice of the user, removing the human interaction of voice, tone and expression. This silence is often done patronisingly from research teams in fear of peoples rights being disrespected, but embedded in University research, business and government research is the concept of informed consent, we help build that in a way that is safe, retractable and clearly states risks to inform consumers so their voice is heard and their time invested is reusable beyond one project.
